In Position to Lead EmPowershop™ utilizes brief clips from movies like (The Last Holiday, Remember the Titans, Stomp the Yard and others), current events and real life scenarios to teach these seven key leadership qualities (character, commitment, consistency, courage, confidence, concentration and communication) that every young leader should possess.

We believe that when a young person possess these leadership qualities they can make a positive impact at home, school, in their community and ultimately the world. 

Young people will watch, discuss and examine each leadership quality that can position them to lead at an extraordinary level. They will learn strategies which will help improve their personal leadership effectiveness, unlock their true leadership potential and equip them to lead with impact.

Who is this Youth EmPowershop™ for: Youth ministries, middle & high schools, youth conferences and workshops.
