Lead to Impact Youth EmPowerment was birthed out of the heart of Bernard and Dana Haynes to inspire, motivate and empower today’s young people to live productive and positive lives.
We realize that our young people are bombarded and overwhelmed with so many negative images that do not support who they truly are or who they can become. If our young people are to succeed in life they must have a better understanding of vision, values, purpose and goals.
The thrust of our programs are built on connecting with our youth by spending quality time encouraging, equipping and empowering them to become all they were destined to be. Our primary ways to connect with today’s young people is through our motivational EmPowershops™.
