The purpose of Vision Impact Coaching is to encourage, equip and empower individuals, couples (man & woman) and families to develop and implement a vision plan that will give them clear direction.
We are not promising a magical formula or an easy five-step plan to extraordinary success. Our approach is to help you discover or rediscover your God given purpose and implement your unique vision so that you can make a positive impact in your life, marriage, family, business, ministry or organization.
What is the role of the Vision Impact Coach?
Vision Impact Coaching is different from counseling or consulting. Counselors work to understand the present from a review of the client’s past. This is an important process for many people, but it is fairly long and slow. Consulting is more prescriptive. A consultant highly skilled in a particular area reviews the client’s situation and makes recommendations for improvement in those specific areas.
Vision Impact Coaching is like having a personal trainer for your life. It is a partnership. In this short-term, intensive process, the client identifies goals, objectives, and the coach helps lay out a strategic game plan for reaching those goals and objectives.
Clients direct the focus of conversation while the coach listens and contributes strategically to bring clarity and forward movement. Clients tend to make headway when they focus and become aware of their options. Coaching is the process of getting you from where you are to where you would like to be.
The Vision Impact Coach cannot give you answers, but will help you find your own answers by:
- Asking thought provoking questions
- Actively listening
- Helping you discover your strengths and resources
- Expecting the best from you
- Being direct and honest
- Providing feedback/reflection
- Being there for you every step of the way
- Assigning ‘between session assignments’ / homework
What we provide?
We will provide a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, open their creative minds and discover their inner most truths. Our Vision Impact Coaching is based upon sound Biblical principles, real life situations and practical application.
We want to make it very clear that we are not here to give you your vision, but we are here to help you through the process of realizing and implementing your vision plan.
We will provide a look at the whole person during our Vision Impact Coaching sessions. Our intention is to help you realize your vision in every area (spiritual, relational, physical, mental, social, financial and professional) of your life and make an impact that will last for generations.
We provide two types of Vision Impact Coaching: Group Coaching & Individual Coaching
